Unit4 provides the application link and credentials. Use the provided credentials to log in.

ℹ️ Note: Each application is linked to a specific tenant.

Login fields

The login window includes the following mandatory fields:

Field	Description
Username	Enter your user email address.
Password	Enter your user password.
Tenant	Select the tenant.

User roles

Each user can be assigned one role per tenant: Reader, Contributor, or Administrator.

Roles determine available actions in the portal. They are defined as follows:

Role	Read product subscription and status	Manage subscription (subscribe/unsubscribe, change frequency)	Get subscription statistics	Initiate data refresh on demand
